I got this from a small batch of semi/cleaned coins from Common Bronze:
Julia Mamaea
It has the face of a Julia Mamaea, but the reverse of a Severus Alexander (her son). This is what is called a mule, obverse/reverse of two different types. I thought this was fascinating.
